Agri Land Marketplace SFarmsIndia Launches to the Public
Hyderabad-based agri land marketplace SFarmsIndia has announced it is launching to the public today( May 27th, 2019) after a spell in beta mode since July, 2018.
The platform –SFarmsIndia, which claims to be the India’s first agri land marketplace — allows farmers/sellers to sell directly and transact agricultural lands in a peer to peer mode.
SFarmsIndia has also launched a responsive mobile website https://m.sfarmsindia.com for mobile users to access the marketplace on the go. Other features added for the launch include “Contact Seller” form to contact and make an offer directly.
Kamesh Mupparaju, CEO of SFarmsIndia, said “The concept of agri land marketplace will completely change how farmers or sellers can sell their agricultural lands. Communicating buyers to the sellers and transacting between them directly without middle man can change the dynamics of agri realty market”
As per the announcement, SFarmsIndia is already listing over 500 agricultural properties with having 3700 successfully registered users since the beta announced on July, 2018.
The marketplace may be the first to launch for buying and selling of agriculture lands in India. The Australian Market place “Secure Impact” said last summer that it was also planning a similar platform and while the developed countries already have similar platforms.
